1.2 By accessing our website or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms.

2. Ownership and License

2.1 All Content remains the sole property of Texas Bushman and is protected by copyright and trademark law.  

2.2 Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Content for personal use only.  

2.3 Redistribution, resale, reproduction, or use of the Content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

3. Public Recordings

3.1 The videos offered for sale are captured in public spaces where individuals generally have no expectation of privacy.  

3.2 By purchasing a video, you acknowledge that the Content may include public interactions and consent to its use in accordance with these Terms.

4. No Legal Action Clause

4.1 By purchasing Content, you waive the right to bring legal claims against Texas Bushman or its affiliates related to the video or its distribution.  

4.2 The Content is sold as-is, and Texas Bushman is not responsible for any interpretation, use, or subsequent action related to the Content by the purchaser.

5. Prohibited Use

5.1 You agree not to use the Content:

   - To defame, harass, or otherwise harm individuals.

   - For any illegal or unethical purposes.

5.2 Breach of this clause may result in legal action.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

7. Liability Limitation

7.1 Texas Bushman is not liable for:

   - Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Content.

   - Claims related to individuals featured in the videos.

7.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Content.

8.1 Your personal information will be used solely to process transactions and deliver purchased Content. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

9.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bexar County. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bexar County or a court of Texas Bushman's choosing.

12. Video storage

Videos will be deleted after 30 days automatically. You have that time to view and download the file for your records. Videos will be deleted as needed.
